On 6 November, Viic Woods brings her atmospheric indie rock to Horns Erben in Leipzig.

Viic Woods is the solo project of Swedish musician and visual artist Victoria Skoglund, a well-established voice in Scandinavia’s alternative music scene. She first gained recognition with cinematic post-rock band Audrey and indie-folk duo Mire Kay, touring extensively across Europe and beyond, and made an impact with music featured in the acclaimed Netflix series Dark.

With Viic Woods, Skoglund takes a new, personal step. Atmospheric, dreamy indie rock carries stories about time, coexistence, fragility and ecological change, combining lyrical presence with musical depth. Her live performances, solo or with a full band, create an immersive, dynamic experience for audiences.

Following the reissue of her debut EP The Water Between Us on vinyl in autumn 2025, Skoglund released her full-length debut Unravel Time in February 2026, both on the label and creative platform ABCX. Co-produced with Kristofer Jönson of Jeniferever, the album is an emotionally expansive, conceptually layered work that reflects on time, tempo and our place within larger ecological rhythms, moving between intimacy and urgency, fragility and momentum. Synth arpeggios, restrained guitars, organic percussion and Skoglund’s clear, grounded vocals form a sound that feels spacious yet charged, calm on the surface but driven underneath.

As Skoglund puts it: „Unravel Time is about loosening our grip on linear time and listening for another rhythm. A more circular tempo, where coexistence, patience, and care can exist again.“

Combining poetic songwriting, Nordic melancholy and atmospheric indie rock, Viic Woods‘ live shows draw audiences into a fragile, immersive world, an intimate and timely experience not to be missed in Leipzig this autumn.
